Term3 Maths Goals

Mathematics:

Where am I in my mathematics?

I was in 3b in term1 then I had moved up into 3p. My strengths are collecting comparatives samples in appropriate displays. My weaknesses are making statements about data shown in a statistical display.

Why am I there?

I have gone up because I have learnt my times tables at home and maths is just my favourite subject.

What are my next steps?

I am going to achieve by sketching and explaining the meanings of graphs of simples situations (whole numbers).

Term3 Writing Goals

Writing:

Where am I at in my writing?

I was in 3a in term1 then I had moved down into 3p. My strengths are organisation. My weaknesses is vocabulary.

Why am I there?

I have gone down because I kept on working on my plan instead of starting on my writing and also it was hard to get the correct word to start my sentences.

What are my next steps?

I am going to achieve this by getting more ideas.

Reading:

Where am I at in my reading?

I was in 3b in term1 then I had moved down into 2a. My strengths are exploring what the author wrote and question the purpose. My weaknesses are knowing what different words mean.

Why am I there?

I have gone down because I didn’t take my time reading it and understanding it, I just skipped the text and just answered it by picking any answer.

What are my next steps?

My next steps are to read carefully and understand the meaning.
